1. Subject of Agreement

Welcome to Yapper. These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the Yapper platform. By accessing or using our website, applications, and services (including initiating registration or authentication), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with any portion of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Yapper service.

2. Account Registration and Security

• To access Yapper features, you must register an account by providing a valid email address and profile credentials.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and credentials, and for ensuring the security of your account.
• You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access, breach, or compromise of your account. You assume full responsibility for all activities, messages, and calls made under your account credentials.

3. Rules of Conduct

You are granted a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable personal license to use the Yapper service. In exchange, you agree strictly not to:

• Use the service to distribute spam, mass automated messaging, unauthorized advertisements, or malicious software.
• Publish, transmit, or distribute content that is unlawful, harmful, defamatory, discriminatory, sexually explicit, or that infringes upon the intellectual property or privacy rights of any third party.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to Yapper servers, disrupt or overload service infrastructure, reverse-engineer proprietary protocols, or circumvent security protections (including Google reCAPTCHA verification).
• Engage in cyberbullying, harassment, hate speech, threats, or intimidation directed at any user or community member.
• Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely claim affiliation with any individual, organization, or Yapper staff.

4. Limitation of Liability (“AS IS”)

Yapper services are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

• The service will be uninterrupted, error-free, completely secure, or available at any specific time or location.
• Audio, video, or screen-sharing streams will operate without lag or degradation (quality is dependent on local ISP, bandwidth, and device performance).
• Any information, media, or data delivered through our network will be 100% accurate, reliable, or complete.

To the fullest extent permitted under applicable law, neither Yapper nor its affiliates, developers, or licensors shall be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the platform.

5. Account Termination & Suspension

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion and without prior notice or liability, to suspend, freeze, or permanently terminate your account and access to Yapper if we have reasonable grounds to believe that you have violated these Terms, compromised platform security, or violated any applicable law or regulation.

6. Changes to These Terms

We may revise and update these Terms of Service periodically to reflect changes in our service or applicable legal requirements. When updates occur, we will update the “Last Updated” date above and make reasonable efforts to announce significant changes within the Yapper application. Your continued use of Yapper following the posting of revised Terms means you accept and agree to the changes.
